Updated: Jan 24

red clover herbal 'tea'.]

Life in our world nowadays is fraught with viruses, infected foods, and more so it's imperative that we become our own front line defense to arm our body with immunity and strength to thrive and survive.

We as a people are more inflamed than ever now for many reasons ( medications, processed food, high sugar consumption, ...) and starting with simple nutrition puts a measure of control into our hands. I've began posting simple nutrient dense meals and snacks, and drinks that I prepare regularly ( that don't break the bank ) now to encourage and inspire, and to show that simple whole food eating doesn't have to be complicated or filled with a load of 'superfoods'.

[ Too much information can be confusing, let's keep it simple! 😂]

Eating foods that heavily nourish can allow our cells to repair, and strengthen. Nourishing foods help to create an anti inflammatory environment in our body which makes protection and healing from illness more attainable. Think of nourishing foods as the right coding for our 'programs' - that being our cellular health!☺️💻

Let's go through 2024 with a leg 🦵 up with our health!
