Imitation Is the Sincerest Form of Flattery

Our Lord is the first and most original creator of beautiful things. Nature continues to amaze me with it’s awe inspiring depth and range. I love replicating nature in my home and onto material goods that I use daily.

[ You can see why I love floral patterns so much, I'm just attempting to replicate God's creative endeavors!! ]

I have a particular obsession…I mean love for anything floral! I discovered these lovely notebooks by artist Emilia Laitinen, they are both functional and fun to write in. Inside, the paper is lightly tinted a soft shade of green. I like that the lines aren’t straight (more hand drawn) and some of them end in a fern- like pattern.

[ "I shall live badly if I do not write, and i shall write badly if I do not live." ~Francoise Sagan ]

I enjoy all things paper related but I try and limit myself to purchasing only what I need. I’ve been on a journey to live with what’s necessary, focusing on needs over wants, but like I said folks; it's a journey Lol! Living this way allows me to focus on what the Lord needs me to do without too many distractions.

[ Um, I've stumbled on this one too many times! :-() ]

These notebooks fit the bill and I did need notebooks! LOL I like their small size for jotting down scripture, spiritual notes and other internal mussings. :-)

I found these gems in a three pack on www.amazon.com
