Anyone with Asthma knows that navigating the challenges of lung health can sometimes tricky and the solutions can at times seem allusive. This is why it's so important to have a healthcare team in place [ an Allergist , Primary Doc, and and Pulmonary Doc-if deemed necessary ]. [ Yep ER ward again, every July! Stop Chasing 'Normal' - Chase God!

The more life progresses on the more we keep on keeping on and many times with a pace and urgency that dilutes the very quality of our life's purpose. Our time here on earth is finite and that creates a never-ending rat race against time; a race we will never win. The issue with chasing time, never-ending deadlines, exterior lives, instead of slowing down to chase after God is we end up living hollowed lives.
